The International Academy of Human Reproduction (IAHR) is a global network of leading doctors, scientists, and educators committed to advancing the science and practice of human reproduction. Its members are recognized for their expertise in human reproduction, fertility and infertility and reproductive biology.
Established in 1974, IAHR fosters international collaboration, research, and education in all aspects of reproductive medicine. The Academy supports the exchange of clinical experience, encourages ethical dialogue, and organizes biennial World Congresses that serve as key forums for scientific progress and global networking.
Prof. Andrea R. Genazzani (Italy), the current President of IAHR, leads the Academy with a vision of strengthening global cooperation in reproductive health. Under his leadership, the Academy continues to expand its reach and impact worldwide.

• Venice, Italy (2023)

The next World Congress will be held in Tbilisi, Georgia, in September 2025, hosted by Prof. Archil Khomasuridze, the President of the Georgian Association of Reproductive Health and Head of the Prof. Zhordania and Prof. Khomasuridze Institute of Reproductology. This congress will continue IAHR’s mission to foster global engagement in reproductive science and will bring together top experts from across the world.
